Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Misty built her career in retail management. She started as a retail associate and worked her way to a District Management position, leading 19 store managers in 9 states — which included the Dallas and St Louis markets. After working with that company for 12 years, Misty decided to join Pottery Barn. This gave her the opportunity to work and learn from a world-known brand in home furnishing. She led a team of designers and staged several award winning homes in the NWA Parade of Homes. In 2014, Misty decided to take her passion for building businesses, designing beautiful spaces, working with incredible people, and creating “Home” for her clients — and transitioned into real estate. Her first year, she was recognized as a Top Producing Agent and has continued to shine as a leader in the industry.
